I've been playing with a lot of lag lately for... some reason. I frankly don't know if it's my ISP's fault, my router's fault, my wifi card's fault, but it's the worst it's been in years. The effect I suppose is fine, but for something that has such a major impact it's strange that it doesn't go on cooldown when deactivated. AST cards and spread go on cooldown when tossed, which makes perfect sense. Cleric stance going on cooldown when deactivated makes perfect sense. Right now it seems like artificial difficulty/complexity that is particularly punishing when have lag (which is often). Right now it's a barrier to doing what I want to do in the game, considering the safest option for me is to not use CS, but everyone insists I do or I'm garbage at my job.
