FFXIV Stormblood is all but guaranteed to shake up the meta anyway

ffxiv's nothing even close to being "useless" as in the case of some XI jobs. Even the off-meta jobs are fully capable of clearing all of the content in the game, including the hardest raids. They're off-meta because for the top 5% of raiders (not even players, raiders, so a subset of a subset) those jobs are not optimal for bleeding edge progression or speedclears/competitive time attack runs. For everyone else, the off-meta jobs are perfectly fine. ffxiv Stormblood is all but guaranteed to shake up the meta anyway, so some of the weaker classes may become powerhouses while the reigning kings are brought down. Pick a class based on what you find fun, because it's impossible to assess what class balance will be like after the expansion in a couple months. Just rest assured class balance is better in this game than it was in XI and there will never really be classes that are complete garbage (or if there are, they'll get patched after a few weeks). let's switch gears and talk about ffxiv nerfing from the angle of the content itself. Yes, bigger numbers hitting the tank would put a slightly larger strain on our Cure button but we can take things a step further. EX/Savage raids need the main healer to REQUIRE focusing on the MT, and this content could do with some more communication between tanks and healers. Tank busters that would OHKO a PLD even with a defensive CD (outside Hollowed Ground), but, say, a WAR could sponge. In this situation, let's say the tank buster would dish out 1k over the PLD health. The healers could top off the PLD and provide a shield the keep him alive and then focus heal him back up or have the WAR Provoke the attack and the PLD takes back aggros while the off healer heals up the WAR and main healer never stops focus healing the tank. This guide was originally written to introduce new Dragoon players to the correct management of their wide variety of abilities so as to best maximize their dps. It Get's Complicated Due to the difference in duration of your HT/Ph and ID-Dis-CT applications, if you use only the above rotation you will eventually begin to overwrite buffs before they were due to expire. To maximize your dps you must only reapply your 10% HT/Dis buff right before it expires, and your Ph/CT DoTs right after they fall off. This is impossible to do perfectly, but there are some rules of thumb to help. (1) after the application of HT/Ph, you have 7 abilities before you need to reapply them (so they should be reapplied on the 8th GCD). This is easy enough to calculate (20s / 2.5s GCD = 8), or try it out for yourself and see. So due to me going on holiday this month money is tight and I decided I would take a break from FF for a short time plus there's little for me left to do in game. I am not aloud to do this though without losing my house that I have invested millions of FFXIV Gil into.  Squares inability to provide enough housing is not my fault why am I being punished and pressured into paying every month? I actually entered my house a couple of weeks ago and am now getting a 10 day notice!? Players should be allowed to take a break from the game without having to worry about losing things they have worked for in game due to squares own failings. I now have no choice but to pay for the game when I'm not even going to be around to play it. Thanks Square. Failing that major extend the demo timer to 180 days or something such. You dont' get to keep your real life apartment if you don't pay rent because other people are willing to pay the price. I view FFXIV housing the same. It sucks

The Allied Beast Tribe quests in both ARR & Heavensward are both wonderful. Would it ever be possible to bring ALL of the Beast Tribes together for a quest? Thank you for enjoying the Allied Beast Tribe quests! These quests are fun to make for us too, so I would like for them to continue, but I do think that a cut scene featuring all the Beast Tribes would be enormous... (laughs)! I won’t say that we don’t plan on doing anything like that, but we are currently creating the quest lines for the new tribes at the moment. Once these have been completed, it may be good to explore the interactions between the different Beast Tribe a bit more in depth! Suggestion FFXIV for Additional Story

Now I know a lot of you will be thrown off at first by that last parenthetical portion, but hear me out. I'm sure this view won't be popular even then, but I'd like to put this forward as at least a sort of gauging experiment. At present, any new race added is added without in-play context. There is in-game context, in that is lore telling us (though often little more than) that "Au'ra exist", for instance; but, there is zero impact on the way their story actually unfolds if one fantasias to or creates a new character of that race. The identity just isn't there. You could be a member of an endangered race and now make up 90% of the player-base, or join the Scions as a Garlean (if a race were essentially *gag* created off the mere addition of a forehead ornament) and there wouldn't be any variance whatsoever. You're still the silent-but-trustworthy-god-slaying-errand-boy. Alternatively, the way things are currently does at least mean that new
