Stormblood Story
New tales of daring and adventure await as the Warrior of Light prepares for a journey beyond the borders of Aldenard. Yet what new dangers await in Gyr Abania and Othard in the Far East? Behold the beauty of these distant lands and the beastmen and primals that threaten to plunge them into chaos.
Lord of the Revel, summoned by the Kojin tribe in an act of desperation.
From the myriad of deities housed within the three sacred treasures of the Kojin, Susano stepped forth to answer their pleas for deliverance. This divinity of the sea sees battle as a celebration, but challengers will find no revelry nor mercy at the edge of his fabled blade, Ame no Murakumo.
The Lady of Bliss, beloved deity of the serpentine Ananta tribe.
Legends tell of a beauty without equal, a benevolent goddess whose coming brings the promise of halcyon days and bountiful harvests. Some believe she has imparted her life-bestowing powers to her most fervent followers─the Ananta. Lakshmi, in her infinite mercy, would shelter them from harm, granting them succor with her alluring embrace.
The FFXIV Hunt is an initiative established by the Eorzean Alliance, offering a bounty to adventurers who aid in quelling the threat posed by notably dangerous monsters that prowl the lands of Eorzea. Players can kill Elite Marks all over Eorzea and receive various rewards or participate in Mark Bills and kill specific regular monsters.
Stop with all of the BS incurable status aliments that keep mages from actually being able to assist/get credit in the fights.
40 second paralysis? Overkill much? Unable to tell your pet to do ANYTHING else if you're a scholar? Mages having to solely rely on instant casts from stuff that's UNAVOIDABLE?
Seriously, back off with those mechanics a bit, don't have them infinitely loop players to forever be stuck with that stuff. It comes off as artificial difficulty when you can't stop an S rank from para-locking you.
In a perfect world, these hordes of players would be rotating stuns/silences to properly prevent the marks from spewing their debuffy goodness all over said horde, which can be done to most if not all hunts by the by.
But alas, we do not live in such a fantasy world. As painful as it may seem, with that in mind I don't think that's a reason to dumb the hunts down more than they already are.
